Our building is closed until December 9, because of high Covid numbers in the area. Please contact us with questions and concerns. Worship will be live streamed on Facebook (you do not need an account to watch) https://www.facebook.com/AlmonessonUnitedMethodistChurch/
Your generosity makes our church's ministry possible. You can now give to our church online through the United Methodists of Greater New Jersey's secure website. 100% of all tithes, offerings and gifts will go directly to Almonesson UMC. Please note, our church number is 1001 and our District is Gateway South. Click on the link and pay with your credit or debit card. https://www.gnjumc.org/onlinegiving/
The mission of our church is to meet the needs of our community through prayer, invitation, fellowship, and deeds leading to a lasting relationship with God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Almonesson United Methodist Church is a place for people of all ages and experiences. Some have grown up in the United Methodist Church, some come from other denominations and some are part of a church family for the first time. All are treated with mutual respect. While our primary gathering time is 11:00 am on Sunday mornings, our doors are open throughout the week for Bible studies, scouts, youth group, meals, service projects, activities just for the fun of it and more. Our worship style is traditional, but very casual. While some of the people like to dress up for church, many wear jeans or shorts. We serve our community and beyond through our food pantry and thrift shop. If you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, grow in your faith, help make the world a better place and make meaningful friendships, we invite you to become part of the Almonesson UMC family.
